I had an exceptional experience while staying here. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. My host Shida Anuar went an extra mile decorating my apartment with balloons and cake after knowing the fact that I just had my birthday the previous week. Took me by surprise and I really appreciate the thoughts and effort that went into this. Overall, the apartment was practically new complete with facilities like filtered water, washer and dryer, and a very good gym. Equipments in the gym are well taken care of even though it’s shared with other residents. There’s also an infinity pool at the top floor with outstanding view of the city, especially the twin towers at night. Will definitely come back!

My stay in Grand Hayatt Hotel was one of the most beautiful and wonderful hotels I stayed in Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast was very varied and delicious and the service is beyond excellent. I recommend it to anyone who wants to go to this beautiful country. The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s almost in a city center. Nearly just in 5 min walk you can find mall. The hotel is nice decorated, the hotel’s room amazing. Comfortable bed, big space for wardrobe but the star for all of this thing is the bath which is has a panoramic views on the city and Petronas Twin Tower. About food this depends on you as everyone has a different taste. As for me it was tasty but not very good. I was ordered fish and chips. At the top you can find bar and restaurant with good quality drinks. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I can write a lot of positive reviews but it’s better to try it. If we come back to Kuala Lumpur again definitely we will stay in this hotel.
