Everything was super nice: room quality, cleanliness, breakfast. And I especially liked the helpful staff. William, who met us at the reception, was not only very nice and positive, but also suggested some great things for our short visit. Very professional :) I highly recommend the place!

Lovely small hotel, large rooms, extremely clean and comfortable. Good size balcony with sea views. Made very welcome by the staff. Breakfast excellent, plenty of choice and well looked after by Marleny. Would thoroughly recommend.

Everything at Alba was amazing. It is a recently renovated old house, designed with amazing taste and care. Every space of the hotel is beautiful, cozy and welcoming. The staff and owners are not only very nice, but always available for any need, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is located in Sliema, very close to La Valetta and easy to get to. We would definetely love to come back!

I stayed here recently and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful and really well thought out - relaxing, stylish, and welcoming. The beach club is stunning, and the rooftop pool became our favourite spot - amazing cocktails! Our room had a private sauna and a chromotherapy shower, which felt like such a treat. But the highlight for me was the bathing experience. It was unlike anything I’ve tried before - four unique pools that felt peaceful and almost magical. It was one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve had. Also, breakfast on the 11th-floor terrace was amazing - delicious food with panoramic views that made the morning feel special. Would definitely come back.

Scenic and energetic, Sliema is perched on the limestone banks of the Mediterranean Sea in the historic and charming island of Malta. It is a perfect coastal holiday destination and ideal base to discover the Maltese Islands.

A short drive from Sliema, Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal offers direct services to Comino and Gozo, which are great for sightseeing, diving, swimming and the unique boat trip around Blue Lagoon.

Discover Malta, from the marvellous Tarxien Temples, to the traditional and colourful boats and fusions of freshly cooked seafood in Marsaxlokk.     Sliema is very nice location, but having only very rocky beaches. There are many restaurants and coffee bars, the food is good, but not cheap at all. You could walk along the seaside many kilometers- on both directions (La Valletta and St. Julian).

    "Sliema was absolutely charming.

    "Sliema was absolutely charming. Having previously stayed in St. Paul's Bay and St. Julian's, we found that Sliema was just a short 5-minute bus ride or a pleasant 15-minute walk between the two. Both areas offer an excellent selection of dining options and vibrant bars. Malta, as a whole, is a delightful destination and a perfect choice for a memorable vacation."

    Beautiful location, with fabulous restaurant and beaches. Relaxing location and easy to get boat taxi to visit Valetta which is a must during your visit to Malta. Good value for money. Ate in Manta Beach club in Sliema- food was excellent and so was the service. Ate in Valetta the second night and dined in Sfoglia - again food and service were great. In St. Julians ate in Cub restaurant which was great also. Hung out in one of Beach clubs which was very relaxing.

    The town is in a central position in the island, so it’s easy to travel to different places in Malta, even though there aren’t too many sights right here - We have been to many cities and we think this was the dirtiest city we have been to.

    Sliema is a perfect area for tourists it easy to get around when you learn your way around and there everything to do there shopping, going to the the Beach to do water activities, boat trips, lots of restaurants and cafes. For anyone going to Malta for their first time I would recommend this area so much.

    This hotel is in a lovely old building in the older part of Sliema - quiet but near a bus stop with regular services to the sea front and Valetta. I liked the courtyard with its small swimming pool (the water was very cold but refreshing on a hot afternoon). The breakfasts were pretty good with plenty of choice, though the coffee was from a machine and not always very hot. My bed was very comfortable and the room quiet.

    Beautiful hotel with great facilities, based in the heart of Sliema. The staff were lovely and very helpful and we were presented with complimentary glass of prosecco on arrival. We loved the beach club that guests have free entry to and spent most of our days there.
