We stayed at Thuruliya Hotel for one night and loved it. The hotel has incredible views, and we enjoyed seeing the waterfalls and tea fields on the way from Nanu Oya station. The staff were very kind, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes.

Staff was very attentive. Nice large room, very large bathroom, hot water had the best pressure we got in 14 different places in Sri Lanka. Comfy bed. Very good value for money.

The location and the view that we saw from the cottage. The breakfast was English but made well, we also had dinner one night at the cottage and the food exceeded our expectations, being a vegetarian it was a bliss to have variety of vegetables ❤️

Most amazing service, best hospitality, the manager Saman did everything to make our stay very pleasant. Special thanks to Viduna and Hassan, who help us with everything, they were the kindest people we have ever met. Special thanks to our chef Denura, who made every meal delicious. It was the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. Excellent views from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel and they were the best meals we had. We thanked the chef personally.

The receptionist lady was super awesome and helped us with everything we needed. She and the whole team was very welcoming and warm and organised free laundry service even though this is not part of their usual services. The food was excellent and freshly made by an amazing chef. We got a welcoming tea and it was delicious. Our room was big and luxurious and the view was amazing whenever the mist cleared. Our stay was during the rainy season, so a little bit cold and misty outside, but we still can recommend visiting during that time. The hotel room had a (steamy!) hot shower and a heater, so no worries about getting cold there. The bed was the most comfortable one we have slept in during our whole time in Sri Lanka. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back, if we are in the region!
