We really enjoyed the company of the hosts Sonja and Bernard. They made excellent food and helped us out whenever we needed it. A great place to start your trip in Sri Lanka. The pool was well needed in the sun, and the birds and flying foxes at night made for exceptional entertainment. We loved the ro oms and the beds were very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here!

I really felt welcome at this stay and enjoyed my time there a lot, even stayed for one night longer than planed because it's an amazing place to calm down after arriving in Sri Lanka or before going back home. The stuff is very friendly, the breakfast was super delicious and I also liked the cooling in the pool! Also the area itself is beautiful with all the animals and plants. I'm a solo traveler and really appreciated the help of the resort manager and his team. The manager even took me to the beach one day so I could hand out there for a couple of hours. They also show me the way to the bus station. Beds are very comfortable.

Isha is so sweet and so accommodating! The location is great, out of downtown Negombo, peaceful if you compare to the resort street in front of the beach. Her dream came true opening this hotel, and she is doing it very well with her family. She has great insights into whatever you need to start your trip ( driver, tips, addresses…) plus she’s a really good cook!

My partner and I stayed here for one night on arrival in Sri Lanka. Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were superb. The staff were all really lovely and provided excellent service.

Everything about this property was amazing and well above my expectations. The service was nothing short of incredibly friendly and attentive. In particular, assistance with my luggage and thoughtfulness with regards to flexibility and late check out options was so appreciated.     Negombo is the perfect place to stay on your first or last day of your trip in Sri Lanka. It's really close to the airport, it has a nice beach, and there are a lot of good hotels. There's no tourist attraction around, but there's a few good restaurants also.

    I hear from others Negombo was great area for the visitors...

    I hear from others Negombo was great area for the visitors also it is closer to CMB airport that was the reason I selected there. After I explore the area there are so many nice hotels are there to book and also heard down south area is becoming a good spot for the tourism than Negombo.

    Perfect one/two nights on arrival take a tuktuk tour its worth it and last night before you leave. Negombo is 30 mins to the main SRI Lankan Airport, much close than Colombo. Also all hotels have UK plug sockets which is useful

    Its one of my favourite places in Sri Lanka.

    Its one of my favourite places in Sri Lanka. The food places like Prego, Toro pub, Bamboo Kitchen with Shisha, Rodeo are some of the amazing places. The Browns Beach and the people are amazing and loving. Infact Poruthota road has a SPA CEYLON boutique you can use it for mssage rituals from Luxury Ayurveda. Beautiful coastal lines, fsh markets, churches etc. A must visit.

    Most of the hotels and places to stay are on/near the...

    Most of the hotels and places to stay are on/near the tourist strip. The city centre is a tuk tuk drive away which is full of local people not many tourists. We did a tuk tuk town tour which was fun and nice to see the sights. We did the boat cruise at muthalajewela marsh lands and negomboo lagoon which was great for seeing birds and animals. We did a cooking class which was a great authentic experience. We walked along the beach which was pleasant but the rubbish is ashame, think the rubbish everywhere is a problem which isn't seen back home. The restaurants have western food and few sri lankan options. We found a food stall at night near the dolphin roundabout which did roti...yum chocolate and banana ones they also sold other sri lankan food. Owner was very welcoming. Not sure how price was charged,think probably tourist price and local price but still cheaper than proper restaurant. Overall great way to introduce the family to Sri Lanka...think a lot of people end there trip here. We bought a dialog sim at the airport so we could use apps for transport...pickme app like uber but sri lankan version and better. Also use uber. Tuk tuks aplenty here. The apps are good so you can put in where you want to go and where to be picked up from. Also sim good for what's app as most people use what's app. There are a number of ATM's some charge to use them..commercial bank was free. There is a larger supermarket down one end of the strip, there are a number of little convience store along the road if one doesn't have what you want another will :) By the time we left we had seen all the tourist things to see and do.

    Clean Rooms and Comfort Rooms in Negombo. I have went to the more places negombo but no rooms like here like freshness in Rooms. Really nice clean and tidy neat rooms in this Hotel. Close to the beach and staff was very smily and nice. Breakfast was superb ( best of buffet in lanka). Nice to stay in here at least a day before a tired flight. Like to stay longer unfortunately no time.

    It is a great hotel. We asked early check-in. And altough they could give it from 11:30, but as we arrived with 2 kids, they managed to get it 30 min earlier. The breakfast was amazing. Ever room has see view. The pools are reall nice, you can walk easily to the beach too. The staff was extremy helpful. This was a perfect start of our Sri Lanka trip.

    The location is close to the Negombo beach and other areas of interest such as good restaurants, souvenir shops and events. The room was clean with everything that you need. We recommend eating at the Yaaga restaurant which has a very beautiful garden. Both the restaurant and this hotel are managed by the same kind and talented people.

    The staff, breakfast, and location are all exceptional. To the front of the hotel, turn right, and it's a few steps to the beach and a couple of beach bars. Walk out and turn left and left again, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and small shops. It was the perfect start to our Sri Lankan adventure

    Very nice place near the beach. Value for money. Cozy pool onsite of the hotel. Relaxing place after long journey 👍. Breakfast was Sri Lankan and western both in the morning before the flight. I really like to stay this place. Beach is in walking distance like 5 minutes. Very good restaurants nearby. 🤭
