I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made my stay special. I'm honored to be the very first customer in this amazing room. Congratulations on creating such a fantastic space, and I’m sure many more happy guests will follow..i will recommend this hotel for all visitors ..

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped me arrange an airport drop off and were happy to help with various requests. The room was a generous size, clean and comfy beds. The hotel is on the 19th floor and I had a really good view of the city from my room. I would stay here again if I come back to Colombo.

The Sri Lankan breakfast was amazing. The host was so welcoming and friendly, was really there for everything I needed. The room was comfortable and large. A lovely view over the pool area, which was also very nice. Would definitely recommend staying. Not many reviews yet as its new on booking.com, but its a great place!

The booking com charge and phone call booking charge very big deference, in a room lotof mosquitoes, atlases no water glass in a room, very poor staff its not a hotel actually its banquet hall, why booking com recommend this kind of place?.

Wow! We chose this place because it was close to the Immigration office and to the place we were going to work, and because the pictures looked good. I usually take the pictures on Booking with a pinch of salt but at Villa 53 the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the place! It is all you see and more. We were literally welcomed with open arms as though we were old friends and not complete strangers. Sriyantha and Champi welcomed us into their palatial home with smiles and hugs and a delicious glass of ice cold juice. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with big comfy beds with thick duvets and soft pillows. The bathroom is huge with a walk in shower and a bathtub. The pool in the backyard is big enough to swim laps if you're so inclined, perfect temperature. We sat outside in the evening and enjoyed the beautiful garden, the birdsong and the soft perfume from the flowers. In the morning the ladies made us a wonderful breakfast of omelets and fruit, the first day and a Sri Lankan breakfast the second day. Both were great. The immigration office is a 5 minute walk from the Villa. Very convenient. Sriyanta drove us to a great restaurant in the evening and came an picked us up when we were done! Service above and beyond. We were sorry to have to leave and will definitely want to stay here again when we come back to Colombo. We arrived as strangers (not for long) and departed as (almost) family.
