We arrived in Sri Lanka very early in the morning (around 2 am), and although there was some confusion with our booking—likely due to booking.com not notifying the hotel about our late-night arrival—the staff handled the situation with exceptional kindness. The team who received us were incredibly understanding and made us feel safe and welcome despite the hour. They quickly arranged a room for us and ensured we were comfortable. Their hospitality really stood out and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We truly appreciated their accommodating and friendly approach.

The booking com charge and phone call booking charge very big deference, in a room lotof mosquitoes, atlases no water glass in a room, very poor staff its not a hotel actually its banquet hall, why booking com recommend this kind of place?.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. Very kind, nice, helpful and hospitable stuff. There is a gym, beautiful interior of the hotel, very green, lots of plants. Amazing wonderful view from the rooms, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. All requests have been answered immediately. Very helpful and efficient. Thank you!

Very friendly, kind, helpful staff. I liked our big and clean room with ocean view. Friendly locals living in the area of the hotel. The woman at the reception was extremely friendly. Also Dinesh and the other helper were very nice. Dinesh took us for a trip around the area and picked us up from the airport. We had dinner and breakfast. No complaints. Everything went smoothly. Good level of hygiene. Ideal if you are coming from or going to the airport but not just. Perfect stay.

    Very convenient location, Few minutes walk to main city, Well secured & Peaceful atmosphere, house is clean & spacious, super amenities, High roof was beautiful,I loved the terrace in the evening time, Since two people, we had enough & more space, 5 people can comfortably accomodate here. Over all its a great place to stay.
