I had a wonderful stay at this private luxury cottage near Galle. Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage was exceptionally clean, with comfortable linens and all the necessary amenities, including tea, coffee, hot water, and toiletries—all provided free of charge. The complimentary WiFi covered the entire cottage, ensuring a seamless connection. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast, served in a peaceful setting with the soothing sounds of birds and stunning nature views. The location is ideal, close to popular tourist attractions such as waterfalls and monasteries. Additionally, the nearby village offers unique experiences like cinnamon peeling, hiking, and birdwatching. Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Our stay at the Dormero Hotel in Sri Lanka was nothing short of amazing! Villa Kaya is amazing!!!!! So calm and nice accommodation. Staff is really polite and kind. Breakfast is really good. Rooms are clean and comfortable - nice pool and monkeys ... they were amazing. It has a super nice vibe and I am out of words really!

This was the most exceptional hotels I have stayed at, not just in Sri Lanka, but all my travels. The hotel is situated on the beach with a more than spacious room and sophisticated amenities. However, what made this hotel stand out was the way the staff treated us. They were proactive in their hospitality and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was pleasant and even the MD of the Resort personally came up to me and ensured that I was having an exceptional stay.

We stayed in Mountain Wave Hotel couple of weeks in mid December. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All our trips to attractions was handled through the hotel and went as planned. Room was fresh and cleaned when requested. Location of the hotel was exceptional. All the restaurants within walking distance and the hotel was directly by the sea. Would definitely like to come back some day.
