Stopped here on my cycling trip through Sri Lanka. I stayed an extra day for the peace and quiet, the delicious food, the super breakfast, the swimming pool and the sweet, friendly staff. Recommended!

For my job I visit many hotels, but this place, really, it is an absolutely gem! Amazing vibes! The room is huge, the bed as well, bathroom everything is spacious and large AND comfortabel! Best shower, nice balcony, beautiful garden! The owner is very friendly. Breakfast was huge and delicious! The pictures don't do justice to the place! Stay there and you will feel in heaven!

The hotel is in a beautiful location, overlooking the lake. There are so many birds to see. You can also go on a boattrip to see the wildlife. It was stunning. And very quiet, no roadnoise. You are only a few minutes away from the ancient city, in a tuk tuk. Food was good and the staff very friendly.
