great staff and super helpful with renting bikes, scooters and airport transfers . a little out of town but only a 5 minute tuk tuk from night market which cost about 50k kipp for 4 people

A great location, walking distance to main part of town and close to rivers. Peaceful hotel once inside with lovely views of pool and gardens. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We made great use of the free bikes. Breakfast included provided lots of choice. Would highly recommend.

The receptionist An was absolutely amazing, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, always wore a welcoming smile. Without a doubt, the most important staff member in the hotel, I hope she will be rewarded for all her efforts and the professional manner in which she goes about her business. An made my stay a memorable experience, I will definately revisit PhaiLin Hotel on my next visit to Luang Prabang.
