A wonderful place to stay. Spacious rooms with many amenities. Bath towels are changed every day, the room is cleaned and the refrigerator is filled with 3 bottles of mineral water. Every day! Clean and well-maintained place. The hotel also has 2 washing machines, two fast elevators and is close to a metro station and public transport. There are many great restaurants and 24-hour shops around the hotel. I hope that next year, I will stay there again.

They speak english very well. Very kind receptionist. I miss the vegetables at breakfast but the bakery variaty was very good. Next to the undergroung market. I liked the hotel but not the city.

Super convenient location, easy access to Somyeon metro station which is a major transfer station. This is great for exploring Busan. The food and cafe game is great too. You have loads of things immediately from the entrance of the hotel. It’s a business hotel. So you’re not going to have your in room mini bars and dressing gowns etc. but for a tourist or worker it’s a great place to refresh and rest your self before tackling the next day. Added bonus there are washers and dryers available for access too. The vending machine in the lobby is also great for the Oops I forgot moments too. Room size is a little compact.

This is a high end hotel so it’s quite expensive but I would say the price is very worth it. The breakfast was exceptional, definitely one of the best hotel buffets I’ve ever had, rooms very spacious and comfortable. It’s airy and light, the windows are massive and views are good. There is a spa, outdoor and indoor pool, fitness, restaurant and direct entry into the Lotte shopping mall. The location in Seomyeon is also great. It’s a lively area with many restaurants, cafés, shops, clubs and bars. Even though the area is quite loud, it’s very calm and quiet in the hotel. The hotel is on the green and red metro lines by which you can easily reach most of the popular tourist areas of Busan
