Nestled near a beautiful river with excellent paths for walking and biking, it was a refreshing retreat from the city's busy pace. Service: The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their recommendations for local dining and sightseeing were spot-on, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip. Facilities: The hotel boasts top-notch facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a serene spa, and a variety of dining options that cater to every palate. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide array of delicious dishes to start the day. Overall, the Osaka Hotel in Tokyo exceeded all my expectations. I had a very pleasant stay at Toyoko Inn Shin-Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station, making it easy to explore Osaka and travel to other cities. The room was compact but very clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtful and practical. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I also enjoyed the simple complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus to start the day. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and well-located place to stay in Osaka, I highly recommend Toyoko Inn Shin-Osaka!

Location was great. Staff was friendly, have welcome drink and event, the kids loved it. The public bath was large and neat. Plenty of nice restaurants that opens late till night along with a few convenient stores nearby. We would come back again.

Superb location, easy access to the train station and Shinkansen Station as well, the vibe at the hotel surrounding is too good, it is silent at the midnight but you still get to see a few people pass by, the plus point was there are 2 convenient stores in 1-2minute walking distance, it has the best vibes that I ever had during my whole trip to Japan.
