Situation, comfort, garden view. When rail cancellations delayed our arrival at the hotel by a day the hotel immediately refunded the cost of overnight stay. The breakfast was outstanding.

Fantastic place and very helpful staff. We really enjoyed our time in Kanazawa. We had terrible weather and it was still our favourite stop on our trip. The recommended shabu shabu place was spot on perfect.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the station and attractions. The facilities and services were great. The hotel offers complimentary bath salts and hair conditioners at the the reception, on top of those in the room. I enjoyed a nice relaxing bath after walking around all day. The room also came with a massage tool!!
