We were lucky enough to spent a wonderful time with our host, who speaks english very well. She was very friendly and had enough time for us to show us all the amenities and our wonderful room. Staff are super helpful, also tried very well in English, and had information ready for you in English. The room is small but could still fit quite well with our bags - we only stayed shortly. The onsen was fantastic! So beautiful and peaceful. Everyone was respectful and quiet. Lovely with free ice cream after!
