Stayed here with family and a small child in order to catch a flight early the next morning. Location didn't disappoint - it's across from the international terminal connected by a covered bridge. However be warned that the bridge is open to air (via the boat quay at its end) and can still be subject to the prevalent temperatures. The staff were excellent, proactively showing us discount coupons which we could use in the airport during dinner hours, and helping us when we encountered hiccups with our check in process. The Queen Room was big and there was enough space to do a final pack of our luggage.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to the finer details and the hotel seemed to have an old world maritime-aerial theme. Quite appropriate for an Airport hotel situated on a small manmade island, in the Ise Bay of Tokoname city. The front of house girls were extra helpful and we met a very lovely bartender, during happy hour, who again gave me some peace in knowing there are some lovely souls out there, just doing their job but are just as curious as a visitor is to get to know more about the world. Her professionalism and ease of conversation in what must be a second or third language was just the perfect note to finish our holiday in Japan. Plus the perfect kickoff to our mini stay at Singapore on our way home to Sydney.

Room size, Facilitis and the location, we didn't expect if there's very big shopping mall next to the hotel for just 2 minutes walk. The hotel location also next to the sea whcih I can be do my exercise every morning. A lot of space of Car park area which I can easily access and park. The hotel also close to Toyota Rent a Car where I can get and return my rental car easily. Everything here perfect and fit for the guests who get the car for only 30 miniutes drive to Nagoya city.

Location was good - a short walk from the airport. But what we loved most was the breakfast! Everything was delicious, lots of vegetables dishes , bread and croissants also very tasty.

Stayed with family which included a preschooler, in one of the Japanese style twin rooms. Bookings weren't the easiest to get (I think multiple groups cycle in and out as a final destination before heading to the airport) but I'm glad we did! Staff were friendly and spoke English well. Room was large and comfortable (minor inconvenience of having to take off your shoes at the lift landing rather than at your room). Easy access to the airport (even the local trains weren't crowded in that direction in the morning and we had no trouble going in with our luggage), and to the tiny and beautiful cafes of the Pottery Footpath locale! Aeon mall was one stop (or a short walk) away.

Other attractions were boat racing and Costco Wholesale store next to Aeon mall. Some bus rides were free. Tokoname is also close to the International Airport.

    This hotel was the perfect option for an overnight stay after a flight to Centreair airport. Only 1 train stop away from the airport, and within a couple of minutes walk from the train station, this was perfect with luggage. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, and provided a warm welcome with a small amount of English. The room itself was very large by business hotel standards, and was impeccably clean. For the price I could not be happier.

    The only hotel connected to the airport so it’s super convenient. We stayed at the Pacific Wing and for less than $100 a night (2pax) the room’s design was excellent, well thought out and very functional. It was also aesthetically pleasing and well appointed. 10/10 would stay here again if we ever need an airport hotel.

    Location is good - near the airport and there is a huge mall next to the hotel. Can spend a whole day in the mall as the mall is huge. With cinema and onsen in the mall too. The hotel room is clean and big. Value for money as breakfast is provided and free parking. Complimentary hot drink.

    I like the spacious room and great bathroom. The gym was also nicely equipped. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of both Asian and western dishes . Free shuttle bus every 15 min to the airport ( international departure) . It is also a easy 10 min walk from hotel to the airport.
