The luxury decor of the service apartment. We got wonderful views of snow and skiers practicing right at the doorstep. Their ski-in and ski-out with ski valet is superb. My children loves the staff at the ski valet. The apartment has washing machine with drying function which added to the convenience of cleaning their wet ski gears. 5stars

Really quiet which was nice. Really friendly front desk staff. Nice big room, lots of space. Renovated bathroom was great to use as well. Awesome breakfast

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bathhouse was so relaxing, and the public area outside the bath was beautifully designed with great atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience — absolutely worth staying!

Good and spacious room. The breakfast was good and they provide parking at the hotel (which costs extra). Great position to explore the city.

It is conveniently located. Just a 2 min walk from JR Otaru station. Donki is also 2 mins away across the road from the station, and the canal no more than a 5 min walk straight downhill. There were lots of places to eat around us too.
