So amazing cozy greeny place right near the hills with a city view from top. those smells, birds singing. room is very cozy too. sweet dogs☺️ also hiking trail start is in walking distance. Also host was very understanding with late arrival ans arranged check in. I hihgly recommend this beutifull escape.

Very close to the station, clean, comfortable, warm rooms, complimentary water, coffee, drinks, very polite personnel, great breakfast. It is very close to the center. And close to città alta. Great WiFi speed. I would recommend it very much!

Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful. - the hotel seems to be brand -new. It is a very state-of-the -art hotel. The surrounding area is in the middle of a reconstruction phase. Once this is finished, the hotel will definitely benefit. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was Michelin star quality. The service was excellent and the manager and waiter made special efforts to meet our requests. The location on top of the old town of Bergamo is fantastic and the breakfast was also exceptional.

The staff was incredible, super welcoming, helpful and friendly. The property is magnificent. The pictures on booking.com don’t represent the beauty enough. The hotel is underselling themselves in my opinion. It was truly amazing staying there.

Returning to this hotel was like coming to old friends or family. Words cannot describe the feeling of safety, comfort, coziness and hospitality you receive from Marina and Carlo. Anything you need can and would be fulfilled by them! They’re happy to help with any issue or problem you have! This time Marina in a blink of an eye helped us with Area C issue. (Our car wasn’t accepted by the system, so she called the operator and solved it!). There were quite a lot of other requests from us, and they were happy to take care of them! Can’t forget to mention absolutely outstanding breakfasts! Fresh, delicious and carefully made with all your preferences! Oh and coffee… I had to stop myself from drinking too much 🙂‍↕️ Rooms are just like home. Like you live there. My mother and I felt so good in our rooms! Very comfy beds , nice shower and just everything you need! We’d love to stay longer! And we will come back! Hopefully soon! At least next year! P.S. if you need a good place to have dinner, you can ask Marina and Carlo for the advice! From me it’s a restaurant Manu pizza. Very close to the hotel. Around 5 minutes walk
