Property was well equipped, clean, well secured. We liked balcony the most, it’s perfect for having a coffee and a chat. It is located near restaurants, supermarket, caffès, bakeries and seafront. Outside is free parking. Train station is about 10-minute walk far. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, willing to answer all of our questions and to give us useful recommendations.

This hotel is located in a historic villa with gardens and fountains, visit the upstairs to step into the ancient regal villa. A good restaurant is next door.     I visited this place with my friend, where we stayed at b&b una terrazza sul golfo. It was a beautiful quaint town next to the sea. The people were welcoming, and greeted us every time we passed the main street. We felt very much at home there, I’d love to go back.

    Super nice B&B, friendly and very helpful staff, clean and big rooms, good breakfast. Location is really nice, close to everything. Walls/windows block out most noise from the streets, residents from the same building do make a lot of noise but this seems to be an Italian/Sicilian thing 😅 we had this at all our accommodations during our Sicily trip. I would definitely recommend this B&B and would return 😁👌🏼

    Nice location of the hotel, however our quadruple room was dated and old. The staff are nice and moved us to a room which smelt less of smoke but the rooms are all in desperate need of renovation. Saggy uncomfortable mattresses. The shower was broken and rusty, water leaked on to the floor. Totally overpriced for what is offered. Would not return until the hotel is completely renovated

    The place is truly beautiful and very cosy. Our room was really nice, with our private balcony and terrace. Room gets cleaned everyday so it feels like you are in a hotel. Also, secure parking!

    Max is super host and the apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed here. The train station is 15 minutes by walk - you can easily get to the centre of Palermo.
