Very friendly, welcoming and helpful personal. The view from the room is amazing. The location is very quiet, we got the best sleep on our vacation there. Very good parking garage. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent, very delicious food.

Traveling by car around the lakes of Italy (Garda, Como, etc) one evening I ended up on lake Iseo. Late in the evening I realized that I had forgotten to book a hotel. At the beginning I was quite calm, I hoped that as usual there wouldn’t be any problems with it but it turned out that all the hotels were busy. I even tried to go to the hotels to ask for available rooms but no. And at 21:30, being in a panic, I booked a hotel just choosing beautiful photos and excellent option available for check-in until 23:00. Realizing that it is a 40-minute drive along the shore to the opposite part of the lake, I decided to take a risk and go and if everything is as in the photos, it's worth it! And you know what? In the end, I changed all my plans and stayed at Vulkan Palace for 3 days!!! I stayed in rooms 72 and 71. I recommend it even to the most demanding guests. No breakfast for me it's a plus you can sleep as long as you want and don't have to wake up just for going for breakfast. I like to have breakfast after 11)

    Beautiful area, plenty of shops and restaurants near by.

    Beautiful area, plenty of shops and restaurants near by. All the local people were very friendly and welcoming. The area was just as beautiful as anywhere in the Italian lakes, but was much quieter and more peaceful than the larger, more typical tourist destinations. We stayed for a week but that was not enough to see everything the area had to offer, so will definitely be planning another trip!
