Very close to the station, clean, comfortable, warm rooms, complimentary water, coffee, drinks, very polite personnel, great breakfast. It is very close to the center. And close to città alta. Great WiFi speed. I would recommend it very much!

Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful. - the hotel seems to be brand -new. It is a very state-of-the -art hotel. The surrounding area is in the middle of a reconstruction phase. Once this is finished, the hotel will definitely benefit. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

I wanted a quiet location in the countryside near Bergamo for 3 nights. Perfect. Bright & clean. Spacious room. Recently renovated. Modern design touches. Very few guests when I was there. Very personal attention from the staff! Lovely grounds & views to the nearby hills. The warm-water wellness-pools are welcome for a tired traveler. The breakfast room is bright and cheerful. Lovely fresh food. Drinks & snacks in the room, including hot-water cooker & coffee. About 30 min drive into Bergamo for sight-seeing. Nearby Osteria in the forest was a great tip from Maurizio, the hotel manager. Would love to return for a longer stay!

We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was Michelin star quality. The service was excellent and the manager and waiter made special efforts to meet our requests. The location on top of the old town of Bergamo is fantastic and the breakfast was also exceptional.

Returning to this hotel was like coming to old friends or family. Words cannot describe the feeling of safety, comfort, coziness and hospitality you receive from Marina and Carlo. Anything you need can and would be fulfilled by them! They’re happy to help with any issue or problem you have! This time Marina in a blink of an eye helped us with Area C issue. (Our car wasn’t accepted by the system, so she called the operator and solved it!). There were quite a lot of other requests from us, and they were happy to take care of them! Can’t forget to mention absolutely outstanding breakfasts! Fresh, delicious and carefully made with all your preferences! Oh and coffee… I had to stop myself from drinking too much 🙂‍↕️ Rooms are just like home. Like you live there. My mother and I felt so good in our rooms! Very comfy beds , nice shower and just everything you need! We’d love to stay longer! And we will come back! Hopefully soon! At least next year! P.S. if you need a good place to have dinner, you can ask Marina and Carlo for the advice! From me it’s a restaurant Manu pizza. Very close to the hotel. Around 5 minutes walk

    The staff could not have been more helpful - very friendly and approachable Hotel decor was beautiful with art and furniture thoughtfully placed throughout The pool and surrounding areas were immaculate and sunbeds (and towels) readily available Food at the pool bar was plentiful and delicious Transfers to and from airport were excellent as was the driver who was just lovely!     1. It is nice and clean, and the cleaning personel are very good and do a great work! We did not find bedbugs or cockroaches. 2. Right next door to the hotel, you have a local supermarked. You can go there and get a better breakfast then the one the hotel offers, for less than 4 euro. The hotels breakfast costs 15 euro.
