Everything was perfect and the dinner was also very tasty! Special mention for Matteo who spent half an hour helping us planning a beautiful 2 days hike around lakes. We would definitely come back here if we visit the region again.

This is our second time staying at Masci and we will be back again. The staff can't do enough to make us feel welcome and at home, and the food is always high quality. Breakfast has a good selection and we always enjoy dinner at least one night in their restaurant. The property is always spotless too. It's located in the heart of town too so it's easy to walk around.

I had a wonderful stay – everything was just perfect! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and ideally located to explore the stunning village of Arezzo. I truly wish I could have stayed longer. A big thank you to Ilenia, the perfect host! She was so kind and attentive, and the delicious breakfast to-go was such a lovely surprise. Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Although we exceeded the last check-in time by exactly 1 hour due to the heavy traffic in Milan, our host waited for us in an extremely kind way and thus we were able to check into the hotel. Otherwise, we would probably have to sleep in the car at 9 o'clock at night. Our hotel was right in the centre of Clusone. To put it bluntly, it might be the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. There was not a gram of dust even on the edge of the floor tiles. The room decor was covered with postcards and airline tickets left by previous guests. This was really a very motivating touch. Morning, after having breakfast for free in a nice restaurant 2 minutes away, we continued to explore this beautiful town. Clusone was a renaissance town that I discovered by chance and to be honest, my expectations were not very high at first. However, after visiting it, I can easily say that I was surprised. I really did not expect to see such a beautiful, friendly town. Imagine a small Florence or Verona, surrounded on 4 sides by the high Dolomites mountains. Moreover, you can eat, and drink wine and coffee with local people who enjoy life rather than the masses of tourists. It was an astonishing day that left its mark. I recommend it.
