The location of the hotel is fantastic. Near Saint Francis Church. The Staff is 5 stars: really helpful, very nice, always helping with anything needed and always friendly. The Hotel is beautiful with a positive energy and where you feel at home. It is new and everything really clean and cosy! The room was excelent, I stayed on 303. What a view! Fantastic! And was clean and so beatiful ans well decorated! This is by far one of the best hotels in Italy Despreensious but so elegant! Breakfast was vey good! Thank you! I really enjoyed being here!

This is a very nice hotel with a relatively large swimming pool, considering its size. Swimming in the pool was quite refreshing after the whole day's walk throughout Assisi's old town. The hotel is located in a very quiet and pleasant suburb of Assisi (about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Assisi main gate).

Beautiful property, great location, and amazing room. This property is absolutely amazing, and every detail was thoughtful and beautiful. Only a 15-minute walk to Assisi, although uphill the entire city is a hill so that's to be expected. The restaurant on the property is also amazing.
