I liked people of the hotel, receptionist, waiters, very polite and professional. They advised me some hours before my arrival asking me if needed a reservation for dinner: this was a very good idea. Rooms were clean, new and perfect. Food was exceptional, very high quality. Location and all area around was green and quiet, really nice.

The location was excellent. so close to the train and old city. The staff at the hotel were just lovely - full of information and so helpful. Breakfast included was great and the Prosecco in our room was a treat as were the biscotti.
