Very friendly owner and staff with great selection of food, reasonably priced in their newly extended restaurant. Parking in the street outside was easy at 4.30pm. Worth a 20-minute detour on route to Ancona ferry to Greece. Our room was on the 2nd floor but no problem with a Lift.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Corinaldo, a pretty hilltop village in the hinterland of the Marche region, not too far from Ancona. The room was comfortable and spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful, ready to offer suggestions on what to visit and where to taste the local food.  Breakfast, included, is served in the bar next to the hotel and is abundant with local specialities.

I appreciated the hot water offered for tea at breakfast. The location is lovely and there are plenty of delicious restaurants within walking distance. The bed sheets were cotton and that makes all the difference!

Antica Dimora Sforza Bed & Bike in the centre of Corinaldo was the most delightful discovery. Alessandra and Aldo are exceptionally warm and welcoming hosts who made my stay a true pleasure. They treated me like a friend, creating lasting fond memories. Their townhouse, the historical family home of the Sforza family, has been beautifully renovated by Ale and Aldo with careful attention to preserving its history. They’re continually seeking ways to enhance the house, although it’s already perfect to me. Spending a peaceful Corinaldo summer evening on their terrace, with its views over the stunning countryside, will remain a cherished memory from my travels. Corinaldo is an enchanting medieval and Renaissance town with well-preserved architecture and panoramic views. The house is an ideal base for those travelling by public transport, motorists, and cyclists, with bike storage facilities available. Corinaldo features cycle-pedestrian routes in both urban and rural areas. It has museums, religious architecture, events, vineyards, and olive groves available to explore year round. A stay in this captivating town at the charming Antica Dimora Sforza Bed & Bike is highly recommended. You will not be disappointed. I stayed at Appartamento Il Pradello for a week during July 2025. The apartment is conveniently located in the city centre of Corinaldo. I met with Francesco, who was very nice. He told me everything about the apartment and how the ZTL in city worked. If you get there by car there is a short-term parking spot nearby the apartment and a free long-term parking place just outside of the city walls. I used the parking place at “Via Bucci” the entire week and had no problems finding a place for my car there. The apartment itself is equipped with everything that you would need during your stay. I especially liked the well-equipped kitchen and the small office space. Though I stayed in the apartment during the summer-heat, I was able to keep it nice and cool using the well-working air conditioning. That made all the difference during that week. I give my best recommendations to Appartamento Il Pradello

    Whilst Mondavio is small and a little sleepy, for a short...

    Whilst Mondavio is small and a little sleepy, for a short break or as a base with a hire car it's perfect. It's safe, parking is free and plentiful. There are enough bars and restaurants to keep you occupied. If you're not renting a car, you can get there by public transport and would be quite self-sufficient. We walked to a little supermarket to stock up on provisions whilst we were there. Food and bars are excellent, and much more reasonable than the UK. Loved visiting the castle and the theatre and walking around the ramparts.

    Amazing host. Helpful, attentive, kind. There are restaurants and bars a five to ten minute drive away. The one we used had a pick-up menu. The host helped with the telephone order and also with collection. Roberta, our host is a really lovely person, could not be more helpful, she's also a very good Baker and makes cakes for breakfast!

    The location is brilliant. We flew to Ancona and rented a car. It's a 35 minute drive to Mondavio so no stress is involved. Parking was super easy. Room small but perfect for our needs. The restaurant was amazing, the food is superlative and had flexible choices. We loved the pizzas in the evening too. Views incredible. Village beautiful. Staff caring and lovely. We felt instantly at home. The village is beautiful as are the surroundings so much to see and do, and we love the coast there too.

    Nice modern hotel in front of Mondavio’s impressive fortifications and tower. Excellent restaurant and very good breakfast. Parking very easy to find in the immediate vicinity.
