Everything we needed and more was provided. Anytime we needed help (e.g. Wifi hiccup) Eliana was quick to respond and solve the issue, we felt very looked-after at all times. We enjoyed the view and the ability to quickly get to Stresa and other locations on the lake. The swimming pool was closed, we will return in the summer to fully enjoy the apartment's services. The inside and outside areas absolutely spotless. The restaurant attached to the hotel is worthy of Michelin stars. Absolutely incredible food, and very reasonably priced.
