Classic Italian beautiful Italian village , quiet and authentic. Place is a working farm , but the previously reported rooster was nowhere to be seen or heard . Fantastic restaurant in walking distance. Room clean and comfortable with beautiful mountain views from the terrace. Host very friendly and keen to help and baked lovely Italian breakfast cakes . I had stayed here 8 years ago and wanted to come back. The hotel is owned by brewery Baladin, and was completely renovated by their founder, genius Teo Musso. The rooms are beautiful and each has their own decor. It's right across the street from their first brewery/bar, which is still working. Every Sunday Teo speaks about his journey and does a brewery tour of the new grounds down the street. Highly recommend it! Plus, this area is right next to Barolo, which has some of the best wines in Italy. Another nice town to visit nearby is Alba, which has a 3-star Michelin restaurant (Piazza Duomo) and a bistrot from the same owners, Piola.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine kindness and thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find such a combination of comfort, beauty, and heartfelt care. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Langhe as it’s the perfect base to experience the region.
