Host Paolo’s excellent customer service. he was very kind and generous to us. He introduced excellent bistro and restaurant. He kindly helped to carry our luggages to the parking lot. Right in the historic center, very polite and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, exemplary cleanliness and most of all that sense of good old savoire-faire how to accommodate guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service from reception/bar, breakfast, bicycle rental. Rooms were nice, and spacious, decor needs a little updating but everything was clean. It was a walk away from the train and also the castle. Although the hotel helped get us to the train station in the heat of the day. Overall a really pleasant experience for the little time we stayed there.
