There was a lovely atmosphere in this hotel i could even say it greated me at the gate it looked so inviting upon my approach. The staff were immensely helpful and I had a delicious lunch and fabulous wine. I look forward to staying again.

From the moment we entered it was five star service. At checkin Adel, Tamara and Nicolo were very cordial. The views of the river and beautiful hills made it hard to look away. All of the resteraunt’s were excellent and especially the very lovely staff. I would especially like to thank Vasilis for his great food recommendations and conversation.

Amazing service that could not have been better. My husband and I ran into some trouble (theft in town centre) but the staff here offered every bit of help possible to alleviate the inconveniences and made our stay in Florence so much better than it would’ve been. Dinner was lovely and the ambience was great with a beautiful view over Florence. The hotel was beautiful and stylish with class, and absolutely lives up to its 5 stars! The spa is also a hidden gem that’s beautifully maintained. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Florence.

Friendly staff above all. Restaurant was nice. Bar area really good with snacks to buy Wine was good and much better value than UK Rooms were very clean with good shower. We could not have asked for anything more really. We did not have car and staff helped with transportation - local knowledge.

The location is perfect, close to the city but yet far enough to have quiet evenings in cosy enviroment rich with forest and green surroundnings…also restourant is story for it self, and Nicolas and Sergey are the best, alwas ready to help and provide for the guest’s!!!
