Lorenzo made everything ready for us, and was extremely helpful, and everyone at the reception were sweet and always willing to give us the best tips and help us with bookings. Housekeeping was amazing and the staff were very sweet and polite. The restaurant alone, was worth our visit!!! Best food we had in Italy, especially the truffle pasta and the creme brulee. And lastly, everyone from the breakfast team were kind and always smiling,serving coffee and eggs on order. Overall an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful hotel and rooms, not too crowded even in peak season (it was always easy to have a table outside for breakfast to enjoy the magnificent view), great value for money, nice location in a street with lots of restaurants and shops, welcoming to children even though it's not primarily intended as a family hotel (baby cots and baby chairs are available).

We had a 12 nights holiday in the hotel and everything was great: from location, viewing, service, to all the nice people from the hotel, chefs - great food, waiters - very friendly and attentive and reception/cleaning - attentive and supportive!!!!! Loved this hotel..warm welcome, great choice of rooms..all different but all lovely The owners also produce wine and arranged a wine tasting for our small group at their shop in the town Wine was then delivered to the hotel short walk down the hill to the small town where there is a good choice of restaurants and reception kindly booked for us great choice of breakfast Lovely little town..highly recommended
