Laglio has not much to offer per se, it is a small village...
Laglio has not much to offer per se, it is a small village on the Como Lake. But there are two restaurants, both of which are great value for money, down by the pier. Worth a stop. Actually two stops. 1. La locanda del Cantiere which is more sofisticated but worth it. 2. Our hotel, San Marino, was on the main north south route...
Our hotel, San Marino, was on the main north south route above the old lakeside road. To get a better impression we walked down what appear to be ancient alleys between old properties to reach the lakeside road which is more atmospheric. Good exercise too.Guest review byROGERUnited Kingdom

Yes its on a main road but earplugs are supplied and to be honest, if you want secluded around Lake Como, expect to pay anywhere from 400eu upwards to over 2000eu a night!! It's quite a walk down to the lakeside but again, the closer you are, the more eye-watering the price in that area so the Bersagliere represents incredible value for money and was a thoroughly pleasant place to stay.Guest review byStuartUnited Kingdom

It was roomy and cozy, a real gem of a location right on the edge of Lake Como. There was ample parking and some nice local eateries within a ten minute walk of the apartment.
