Everything you see in the photos is absolutely true, but the photos can't capture the warm welcome, the atmosphere, and every little detail that Kristina and her family had thoughtfully prepared. We were late for check-in, and in small towns, shops close quite early. Kristina offered to do some grocery shopping for us for dinner and that was very kind of her. As a kind gesture, there were croissants and sweets on the table, along with milk, honey, homemade eggs, and jam. The bathrooms are stocked like in a 5-star hotel, and the toiletries are of high quality. The accommodation offers two bedrooms with two bathrooms and everything is sparkling clean. We spent the evening in the gazebo in the yard and enjoyed our coffee in the herbal relaxation area. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this home — arranged with taste and attention to every guest - is the perfect choice, and I highly recommend it. I would give a much higher rating if I could.

We came in around 9pm, which was not a problem. Nicole greeted us with a smile. Lovely little room with a view of the fields. Breakfast was really nice. Since we were in off season, they were renovating the kitchen, but we managed to eat here on our last night and it was the best food we've had in Tuscany. All from their own farm and homecooked. Francesca specialises in cooking game so we had a hare pasta which was fabulous. I wish I could live here just for the cooking! They had so many good tips on where to go in the area. We ended up going to Casanova della Spinetta for a wine tour, and it was the best we had in the area. All in all, very comfortable stay. They have some cute animals too!

The owner was very supportive and helpful to make sure everything working out. The apartment is very well equipped to make your own food and very nice . Location is right by the road on a quite side of the mountain with great views and a few mintues drive to Volterra town (3km uphill).

The panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside were incredible. We also love the expansive grounds which includes rest areas, children’s play, stables and viewpoints. The staff were also very polite and helpful, including when our car had a puncture. Special shout-out to Fernando and Lorenzo for helping us out in that regard.

We had a truly amazing stay at Agriturismo Le Case di San Vivaldo. The place is incredibly quiet and peaceful — exactly what we needed for our family relax vacation. Everything was well thought out, including small details. The property is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and lovingly maintained. The staff were warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — we will definitely be back!

We took Borgo la Casaccia as a place for spent nights having in mind that it would be a focal point from where we would start our daily trips through Tuscany. It turned out to be a place where you can stay the whole day doing nothing, only enjoying the sun, nature and surroundings. The pool (which we didn't use because of temperature), kids playground, table football and table tennis were enough for our three kids who were forcing us to end our trips earlier just to have time to spend there. The bottle of Tuscany wine and the sunset were something which drove us (the elders) to do the same.:-) I would say that Jenny and Francesco are doing a great job there, they were always on disposition, full of support and suggestions to make our stay in Tuscany as fulfilling as possible. This is definitely the place for any recommendation!
