The setting at the edge of the water was beautiful. Our balcony, just a few meters from the lake. All the amenities in the room were there. What was really a stand out for us was the incredible staff, especially Jéssica, Stefano in the restaurant where we had very nice options available to us (BTW, he makes the best cappuccinos ever) and at the reception desk as well Orietta. We have already recommended Hoel Meridiana to others, and if we ever go back to Lake Como, we would not consider staying any other place!

I had an exceptional stay at Seven Park Hotel Lake Como, largely thanks to the incredibly helpful and pleasant staff. From the warm welcome at reception to the delightful service at the breakfast restaurant and the impeccable cleanliness maintained by the housekeeping team, every interaction exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Victoria at reception for her kindness in upgrading my room to one with a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. Her attentiveness truly made my stay unforgettable.
