Everything. Literally. The vibe was pitch perfect even though we've only been there for a night only lol, next time gonna stay longer. It's on the mountain top and the views were just beautiful, very nice lady helped guide us to the destination and explained everything, the rooms also have very old and climatic vibe. Price was really adequate, water and apples were provided along with shower gel. And the cats 💜

They were available and welcomed us at 10pm checkin, for which we were grateful. Even have elevator. Breakfast was in lovely Breakfast room with kind waiter. The area seemed safe and clean.

Your staff were excellent, when my partner had an unexpected problem just as we were about to leave they accommodated us by allowing us to continue to use the room until well past check out time - we couldn't break the connection to Chicago for fear of not being able to reconnect. Manymany thanks.

We loved the Hotel Monti, from Daiana’s warm welcome, to the relaxed nature of the hotel. The food was superb, and the rooms clean and comfortable, just what we needed after exploring Florence and Pisa. The pool area was lovely to soak up the last of the sunshine at the end of an evening. Cannot state enough how lovely this hotel was!! We entered as guests and I really feel that we left as friends… amazing time!
