    If you love the outdoors there is plenty to do.

    If you love the outdoors there is plenty to do. We spent one day in Feltre town which was enough to get a feel for the town and see some interesting sites. The archaeological digs were interesting as was the beautiful theatre. These were free to visit with a tourist pass that our host gave us or you can get from the information center. The large beer factory had great food and inexpensive. We spent 3 days doing day hikes from our village in Lamen which is 20 mins from Feltre. Good public transport that you can book however it doesn’t run on Sunday The country side is beautiful Highlight of our holiday.

    If you don’t have Italian language ability, you will have...

    If you don’t have Italian language ability, you will have difficulty with nearly everything. I’m native English speaker, tried French, and I’m fluent in German but that was all useless. I had a hard time even ordering a beer in Italian! Another example, I had hoped to rent an e-bike but they hung up on me, twice, even with preparing for the conversation and attempting Italiano. Other than that, it is an amazing beautiful charming town. Very walkable, lots to look at.

    I cannot recommend Bed and Bike Feltre highly enough. Gold stars all round! Location is amazing rooms fabulous with a huge terrace but I would really like to highlight the great service I received from the owner. Truly went above and beyond. Fantastic hospitality. It is only going to get better as they are renovating and upgrading. Super friendly and great concept. Impressed! Environmentally friendly too!

    It was self-catering. Local supermarket Familia nearby. local town market at Feltre twice a week. Very quiet location. Easy access to main roads. Very clean. Very well maintained. Bottled Water available. Prosecco in the Fridge was a kind gesture.

    I really enjoyed the warmth of the hosts. The hotel is an individually remodelled villa and anything but a hotel chain where you usually stay. I was immediately captivated by the charm of the hotel and felt very comfortable.
