At the beginning of the Valle Maira, has access to many other valleys (grana, stura, geso, etc etc) and a thousand of trekking trails and medioeval towns to visit. 1 1/2 hour to Torino. The hosts were very kind, friendly and helpful. The view from the terrace across the valley. Very clean, very well equipped, very spacious and comfortable. All windows have mosquito nets and shutters. Parking available onsite. House is gated. Well situated to numerous hikes. The historic feel and decor of the hotel make it a joy to stay and the family who run this hotel are friendly and welcoming.
