Where to start… This has to be one of the top 3 places we’ve ever stayed! From Maria Antonietta’s warm hospitality to the spotless cleanliness, unbeatable location, and thoughtful touches—everything was truly perfect. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, nestled in a peaceful slice of heaven: right by the beach, completely quiet, with stunning skies and sunsets every evening. Maria Antonietta was incredibly responsive and generous with recommendations on where to eat, what to do, and places to visit. She thought of every single detail—even providing beach mats and sun umbrellas to make our stay more comfortable. But what truly sets this place apart is the sense of warmth and home. We genuinely felt like part of the family. Each night, we looked forward to coming back and sharing stories with Maria and Piero, who were always eager to listen and share their own. It was genuinely hard to say goodbye. We’d come back in a heartbeat—and without a doubt, we’ll be staying here again.

1 Hygiene. Even the white adjustable slats of the louvre doors were dust-free, despite the fact that it was windy and dusty outside due to the dry weather. Everything in the kitchen was spotless, as were the bedrooms and bathroom; there wasn't a speck of dust to be seen. 2 The bed in the master bedroom, good mattresses and comfortable pillows. 3 Spacious garden surrounding the house. 4 The terraces, in front of and behind the house and on the roof. It is a semi-detached house, so if the neighbours are eating at the same time, you have less privacy. 5 Private parking space for the car 30 meters away. 6 Insect screens everywhere. 7 Communication with the owners. They 7 The beach is within walking distance, a 5-minute walk. The beach is large and therefore not crowded at the beach entrance closest to the house. There are several beach clubs nearby. 8 Supermarkets and various shops nearby, about 6 minutes by car. 9 The owners recently had a 250-litre water tank installed. If there is a temporary water shortage in the municipality, this house will still have a supply. 10 The owners have arranged for someone to collect the rubbish from the gate at the house on the day of departure, as the rubbish collection service is not entirely reliable when it comes to collection. 11 Good starting point for visiting: Castelsardo, 18 min Sassari, 35 min Alghero, 1h 5 min.

Very nice holiday house is equipped with everything necessary for relaxation in a pleasant environment with pine trees, including garden furniture (we also left a beach umbrella there :). The house is modern and tastefully furnished (dishwasher, washing machine), and it comfortably accommodates 4-6 people with a double bed and two sofas. The roof terrace offers nice views of the sea, the castle and the town of Castelsardo and the surrounding pine grove. The beach is very close, sandy, wide, and long, with a natural setting. We experienced calm seas as well as big waves. The nearby town of Valledoria (accessible by car) offers two supermarkets, a basic selection of restaurants, bars, and pastry shops.

A wonderful place to stay. Bright, airy and clean little villa with a garden perfect for relaxation. The house is located just a few minutes walk from a lovely beach which was almost empty (end of September), unlike many others in Sardinia. The communication with the hosts was super easy and friendly. I would say you need a car to get around as there are no shops in the immediate neighbourhood but that was no problem for us.

Excellent accommodation with everything provided, making our stay a very enjoyable and easy one. Value for money, fresh, clean and nicely decorated this property is definitely one to consider. The family who own the property are friendly, warm and welcoming, leaving you to enjoy the property and surroundings. Location is perfect and the gardens surrounding the property are so beautiful and relaxing… thank you! Very environmentally too :)

Service at the hotel was great. The town itself had very few English speaking tourists, most seemed to be Italians from the mainland. You get a great sense of the local culture. Food and drink was very reasonably priced and very fresh. People were all lovely. Supermarket across the road from hotel had all we needed. The food at the hotel was good and there's another restaurant right on the coast only a few minutes walk from the hotel. There's a night market right outside the hotel door on Tuesdays and Thursdays that's worth a visit and the beach bar had a fireworks display and a DJ late into the night on the Saturday we stayed.

    The town is turist place with no history or any other sights. During the high season there must be a lot of people. No WIFI. Poor kitchen equipment. Nice trips around (Castelsardo), nice beaches around - long sand beaches.
