super new and clean apartment, super large, big bathroom ,huge room , we really liked it, we stayed there as we went on a business trip in Bologna, it is approx 30min-1 hour from Bologna in terms of traffic, but it was worth it good value for money, and super clean -which we really liked

The service was PHENOMENAL. Every single person working here was kind and helpful. I’m travelling with my small dog and they made the journey so much more pleasant. I could bring him to all of my meals. The room was exceptionally clean. I booked as a surprise anniversary stop during our drive through Italy and the staff did not disappoint. Red flowers in the tub and on the bed with beautifully displayed robes, slippers and Prosecco. Free parking is a huge bonus. Along with a huge park behind the hotel great for kids and dogs. Would rate my stay 20/10!

Absolutelly gorgeous! Restaurant personel were super friendly and food very fresh made from local farms. Rooms are very clean they cleaned them every day. In the period we have stayed were super calm. We tastes and bought local balsamic vinegear, wine recommended by personel. Place is comfortable to visit Ferrari museum, Modena or Bolonia. Also it is next to the Main highway so easy to reach Milano and other cities. As our kids are small they even did not charge the breakfast for them, also dinner prices are very friendly and we got a lot of snacks and fresh breakfast every day.
