Silvia the host and she immediately made us feel welcome. On the day of arrival she messaged us with all the details we would need for our stay here. Then throughout the stay she was always available to answer any questions we had. The property itself is really nice it had a good size swimming pool, a breakfast room with continental style breakfast available in the morning and a water machine and coffee machine for use throughout the rest of the day. The room was clean and was cleaned every other day to a very high standard. Location wise it is about a 20 min drive to the nearest beach and about a 3-5 min drive to the nearest shop which sold a good selection of food and drink. It was about a 25-30 min drive into Caligari centre. Overall we were very happy with our stay here, so much so we are thinking of coming back again in the near future. As many of the other reviews state it has a very relaxed, warm and homely feel to it. I would definitely recommend!

Sofia was extremely kind, helpful, and radiant and gave us the best local tips. The room was modern & fresh with a huge patio facing the garden and ocean. Breakfast was perfectly curated and delicious. Close to all the natural beaches. Bonus is free access to their other property, Hotel Monastero, which has an incredible swimming pool. Top-notch Sardinian hospitality at its best!

The area is so peaceful, and even though they were quite some guests, it was quiet and very enjoyable. Kids were very welcomed (2yo) and could fairly safely play around the whole property. They also loved the pool. The walk to a nice natural beach was ca 10-15min and could be done with a stroller. Dinner was delicious. Staff was very nice, they prepared us a take away breakfast since our flight was very early in the morning.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this bed and breakfast, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Andrea, the host, made us feel incredibly welcome. His attention to detail and constant care, offering a variety of food, drinks, and snacks, ensured we were comfortable and well-fed throughout our stay. One aspect that must be highlighted is the sheer beauty of this place, which the pictures simply don't do justice. The elegant décor, cozy ambience, and pristine surroundings combine to create an experience that is both luxurious and homely. The location is nothing short of spectacular – you are quite literally living on the beach. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves and the tranquil views of the sea was a daily delight. This idyllic setting, coupled with the B&B's charm, makes it a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This delightful haven in Cagliari has now become our new favorite place, and we are eagerly anticipating our return. The apartment is new and impeccable. Very well located near the great beach of Poet. The owner, Ricardo, was super kind and helpful. He picked us up and took us to the airport and took us on a sightseeing tour of the city of Cagliari. Impeccable place! I recommend it.
