This is a beautiful property, with a beautiful garden containing lemon tree’s, orange tree’s, a fish pond and more! There is also a large pool which is clean, and very well kept. Elena constantly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay, even bringing us a delicious pasta bolognese when we arrived late at night, tired and hungry! I hope to return again soon 😊

We had a wonderful stay! The host was absolutely exceptional! kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Although breakfast is usually served at 8 AM, he kindly prepared it earlier for us so we could eat before leaving the accommodation. He went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, and it's clear that he takes great care of the property. The cleanliness was outstanding, everything was spotless and well-maintained. And we have to mention the lemon trees in the garden. truly fabulous and added such a charming, authentic touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place! ❤️ P.s the pool is open 24/24

The most comfortable beds we met in Sicilly! Newly renovated apartment with 2 bathrooms, nice balcony and parking. Near the center of Avola. It is a good place for trips to Cavagrande del Cassibile, Noto, Siracusa, Fontane Bianche, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa etc. I may recommend. We were satisfied.

    Avola is lovely, not as touristy as other towns.

    Avola is lovely, not as touristy as other towns. We stayed at a villa a few miles from the city center. If you do not have a car, be prepared to pay at least €20 each way to get to the bus or train station and back. It was worth it for us to avoid driving in the chaotic traffic. We did a boat excursion from Avola (Sicily Boat Tours) and it was wonderful. Would have loved to stay longer and explore more.

    Lovely little town. with separate beach area couple of miles from centre. centre is quite old with lovely layout of old churches and large piazzas. Lots of locals out at night with families. great cafes - just felt very authentic.

    Avola is a good base for visiting the nearby natural reserves and the city of Noto. The city itself has a nice beach and some good restaurants. The city centre is nice to go for the evening - looks better during the night than during the day.

    We've been to Avola multiple times in the last few years. It's a nice quaint town with friendly people and easy to reach beaches. Has a couple of squares with nice restaurants, beautiful old buildings and ice cream / pastry shops and lovely atmosphere (music, people dancing) in the evening. Unfortunately in the recent visits we found the town a bit ran down and except for the center and a few touristy spots a bit dirty (lots of trash on the street, from construction sites, food leftovers, ...). Hopefully it'll improve now that tourism is back to full capacity.

    Cute city with availability of most important services, shops. Good start to make tours around Sicily. Trash is disturbing like in the whole island. La Piramide bar - very kind service Caffe Clara in the center It’s worth renting a car. Close to Siracusa (don’t miss it), Noto - beauty pearl, Taormina…

    Avola is a pleasant town.

    Avola is a pleasant town. There is plenty to see near by that can be reached by bus or car, Syracuse and Noto being the highlights. We hired a small boat from the harbour with a skipper and had the most a fabulous day out!

    The description in Booking well reflects the true reality of the accommodation - spacious, in silent location, sufficiently furnished, air-con in all rooms, jacuzzi, a nice terrace. It is outside the city, so for a dinner one needs a car, but a good choice of restaurants not far away. Parking at the property (important in this location!), good wifi. Centre of Avola is nice to visit (best during the evening), there are also plenty of supermarkets.

    Amazing B&B, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Salvatore and Noemi are very friendly and attentive hosts. The breakfast was great (sweet and savory) and included self made cakes as well as local products to try (for example almonds from Avola and local mulberries). Parking was easy and free on the streets around the B&B.

    We had a great time in Avola thanks to the warm welcome & hospitality of Sebastiano. The apartment is modern & really well located with close access to the coast & good restaurants on your doorstep. Sebastiano was great with local recommendations & even surprised us with a gift which was a lovely gesture.
