From the minute we step in we felt like very welcome. All the personnel was very friendly, nice, helpful. Everybody said hello, had a conversation, had a time to chat. Service level of this hotel exceeded every five start hotel service that I have been to. Location was quiet and nice with vinery fields view. City of Bolzano was 30 minutes away by bus. It is a nice and clean “no-nonsense” apartment. The balcony is somewhat tiny and some may feel a lack of privacy, because the balcony is directly adjacent to the other similar apartment. If you like walking, you can start right from the apartments and follow one of the many trails here.
