The hotel is very new, clean, and equipped with gym, restaurants, a bar, yoga studio, spa and a pool. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The staff were outstanding in their effort to maintain a relaxing stay. The spa was also quite clean and all the masseuses were very professional.

A very well maintained and new hotel. Staffs were very helpful starting from front desk to housekeeping. one best example of their hospitability and service level I could give is that my younger son left his Nintendo in the room and once I called the hotel they took extra effort to post this to our destination in India.

The hotel is quiet and the small garden at the rear is an oasis. Very helpful staff, especially M Rajesh and Kamatchi in the restaurant, and Saranya Devi in Housekeeping. The restaurant has a wide choice of dishes, and the buffet is very good value if you would like to try a range of dishes. The location is fine - there's also a shopping mall and a good supermarket nearby, plus ATMs. I spent 14 nights there (my third long visit), and shall rebook when making my next visit to Madurai.
