Excellent hotel and helpful, friendly staff. The area was just getting over some flooding while we were there, but they were still providing excellent service.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with good English. The location is perfect and the terrace has a wonderful view. The rooms are spacious and comfertable.

I just write a review for this place but its for a different hotel with a similar name! Saichen was amazing. Huge room. Great view. Huge comfy bed, great WiFi, hot powerful shower, attentive host. Great breakfast. Excellent location. Next door to a good restaurant.
