The property was very clean and had all the facilities that we needed. I cannot rave about the service and staff enough. They were extremely helpful in sorting out our very last minute safari trips for our group of three the night before the Safari. The courteous and accommodating nature of the staff. Particularly to mention the politeness of Sri Manohar Singh, front desk manager. My mother had an issue with climbing stairs due to a temporary medical condition, and Manohar, despite the hotel being almost fully occupied, upgraded us to rooms on the ground floor. Had a comfortable stay, enjoyed the special performance by local artists on the premises that evening, and also indulged in bursting crackers along with other guests. It was Diwali time. Recommend this place for visitors to Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve.

This hotel was closed to Ranthambore National park. The rooms and bathroom work clean full stop the beds were also comfortable. The Wi-Fi was good. Good customer service from the staff, well behaviour from everyone. I would recommend this hotel.
