Located just opposite to the Murud beach, literally a 2 min walk. About the property, if you are looking for luxury this property may not be for you. I travelled with my wife and six year old kid for one night. Pros 1) Clean room with a double bed. 2) Wifi available with good speed 3) Clean attached washroom with hot water availability 4) Location is cool. Not noisy, yet close to beach and market. 5) Private Car parking available free.

The room was surprisingly nice and large, even though the hotel looked rundown from the outside. Everything except for mirrors and washbasin was clean. Friendly English speaking staff who were answering all my travel related questions. The WiFi is good WHEN it's working, but often it would disappear for long periods of time. Excellent location. Both incoming and outgoing buses stop right outside the hotel. There's a little shop right outside as well.

I recently had the most wonderful experience staying at La Vida Villa — truly a heaven-like place on earth. Every moment spent there was magical, and it’s hard to put into words the happiness I felt throughout the stay… and the sadness I felt while leaving. Maruf is an incredibly kind and warm-hearted person — he genuinely feels like a brother now. And Usha Ma’am is such a pure soul. Her cooking is something else — every dish has a special touch that comes straight from the heart. I’m so grateful to have met them both. And a special thanks to Ms. Pari and her husband — they haven’t just built a villa, they’ve built a home. Every corner of the space has been created with so much thought and love; it’s truly a marvel. I’m filled with gratitude and will definitely be going back. The hosts were so helpful and caring ( they even came to the bus station to make sure we got on the right bus ) . We have given all categories 10 because compared to other places in India ( we are 4 weeks in) they merit that score . It was in a lovely quiet position just 3 minutes easy walk to the beach . Pratima is a fantastic cook conjuring up delicious meals on request in advance , her husband Prakash welcomed us with warmth and sincerity nothing was too much trouble for him . Their son Prasanna could not do enough to make our stay memorable . It was the type of stay you didn’t want to leave .
