Although understaffed, those present are very warm and cooperative. They helped us with everything. Hotel room is impeccably made with international standard. Entire property is green and very clean. Location is so good. It is near to Siliguri not very far. We enjoyed food which they are provide. It's so close to town but filling like forest and village like atmosphere.
