    Lovely relaxing sea side.

    Lovely relaxing sea side. Good variety of restaurants and cafes by the Marina. Wonderful beach (Bar Kochba) with plentiful sunshades but without facilities (not even a kiosk open - September). Town looks clean and well kept.

    It is a classic resort on the Mediterranean coast. It's hard to find what should be unique. Here you will find many restaurants, shops, and a large playground for children. But this is common in Israel.

    Ashkelon is a little treasure in the south.

    Ashkelon is a little treasure in the south. Ashdod is bigger and seemingly more popular but Ashkelon’s marina is fabulous. Joya is a fab Asian restaurant right by the water’s edge. The beach is level with the beautiful park that runs alongside it. Great childrens play area.

    I was very favorably impressed by the city.

    I was very favorably impressed by the city. They are working hard to encourage people to move there and are building really nice apartment blocks and a first class sea promenade. I saw many municipal workers cleaning streets and sidewalks.

    The bed in our room was like sleeping on a cloud. The shower pressure is amazing. The staff were very helpful and answered our queries to the best of their ability. The hotel is very clean. There were ample TV stations to choose from. The breakfast was quite good. We stayed in a superior room with a pool and sea view. In the past we were upgraded to an executive room free of charge and I believe if there was space the same curtesy would have been offered.

    The suite was very comfortable and well designed. It's the perfect place to stay in Asheklon - with a view of the sea and a few steps away from the Marina. Amir was very accommodating and maintained great communication throughout. The next time we need a rental in Ashkelon I'll be looking to come back to this suite.

    The apartment was very nice and clean, and the owner was also willing to help if I needed it. Flat is fully furnished. Nothing was missing. I felt home. I am travelling to Israel every 4 months, especially to Ashkelon, so definitely, I will use this accommodation again.
