Warm welcome was made by Frank who ist the owner of the estate. Cooked breakfast was prepared according to customer's request. Frank always looked for demands of the guests. Nice decoration in the breakfast room. A very big part of a root of an oak tree. This root is really black and to be said approx. 5000 years old. It and was found in a moor land.

My husband & I spent a night here as we were attending a wedding in the Bridge house Hotel it was a 3min walk away ideal! Most comfortable bed ever, while we didn't use any kitchen facilities it has everything washer & dryer, newly decorated to a modern decor, big and clean. The pictures dont do it justice its fabulous. We highly recommend the apartment & we defenitley will return with our sons to visit the town better on a future occasion. Parking was so handy also & host was quick to respond & very polite. Thank you we will be back.

We absolutely enjoyed the stay. The self Check-in option allowed us to arrive later without having to worry about missing the check-in times:) The room was clean and the bed was cosy. Staff was super super friendly and gave us some tips and recommendations for sightseeing in Ireland

Mary is a lovely host! She offered immidiate help, when we told her that we were driving to the Tullamore destillary for a tasting. She said we shouldn't drive ourselves! How right she was! So she was so very nice to drive us there and even picked us up there! Wonderful! Thank you so much, Mary! Conversation with her was also lovely! A Dream stay! The house is so beautiful, very historic and all the furnitures are awesome. You really feel like you're a time traveler . The room was perfect with no tv! Which is actually a huge bonus to keep yourself in the past. Amazing couches and books selection to relax. Shower and bed were excellent. The house is well heated. Finally, James is the best host: helpful, full of information about the house and a great cook. The breakfast was delicious with fresh eggs and homemade marmelade. In conclusion, a perfect romantic night for you and your partner.
