I like how this hotel has basically everything you need in the room and it’s really value for money. I’d definitely come back again. The staff were all friendly. I like the free shuttle from airport. They have it every hour which is very convenient. The staff were all efficient too.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the airport, making it the perfect choice for travelers with early flights or layovers. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They truly went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their friendliness and professionalism made all the difference during my stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. It was extremely convenient, timely, and hassle-free, allowing me to easily navigate my arrival and departure without any stress. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. It’s clear that the hotel pays great attention to detail, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend FM7 Resort Hotel for anyone visiting Jakarta, especially those needing a hotel near the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and assisted with everything I needed. I stayed for one night before a flight, and the hotel’s free shuttle got me to the airport in just 5 minutes. The price was a bit higher than other hotels in the city, but the convenience of the shuttle service made it worth the extra cost.

Lush rooms. Comfy beds and pillows to die for! Fun high floors - with good views over the city lights. Only stayed as transfer so didn’t get to fully experience the hotel facilities which is a shame as it looked lovely.
