Even though the property is about 1.5 hours out of Dubrovnik, it is in a very cute little beach side town with restaurants and activities, u will need a car to access the property in Zuljana not public transport that we saw out that far, other than this the property was good, clean and convenient

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely fantastic, the room was clean and spacious, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The host was lovely—so kind and welcoming. They even lent us a charger when we needed one, which was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Location is excellent, close to downtown, and small beaches. Quite surrounding with beautiful shaded seating outside the apartment. Breakfast was not included. The apartment was very clean, well furnished, pots, plates, utensils.

Žuljana itself is an amazing, tranquil village, and this apartment makes the most of it by being a literal stones throw away from the water. The pub is right next door, and there are a handful of cool beaches within easy walking distance. The apartment is characterful, homely and has everything you need. The rooftop terrace is glorious! Ines, the host, is kind and helpful.

I met with the owner in front of the apartment. Everything was easy, hosts were very kind. Žuljana is beautiful, especially small secluded beaches. I will go again.

The location was very peaceful and the view was breathtaking. The people running the place were very friendly and helpful. A well prepared breakfast was a special treat. We enjoyed everything very very much and are looking forward to our next visit.

    Beaches around Zuljana are some of the most beautiful in the Adriatic sea. We visited Vucine beach, and also rented a kayak to explore nearby beaches that are only accessible from water. I recommend OPG Fjaka for dinner if you're looking to experience authentic and domestic food and drinks.
