This was by far the best hotel experience that I've ever had! Already at the welcoming they were so kind to us and gave us Prosecco. The staff was extremely helpful with carrying the luggage and providing us with information about the Restaurants/Shops around the Hotel. The beds were very comfortable and it was an elegant room. The beach bar, the pools, everything was amazing and also very clean. The absolute Highlight was the Restaurant staff. Me and my mom have several allergies and the staff went trough the whole buffet every morning and evening with us to make sure nothing is contaminated. They also cooked special gluten free delicious food for me. A big thank you to the Restaurant for being so kind and warm-hearted!!! I will never forget this vacation and would love to come back again!

We loved everything! The staff were amazing- super friendly and accommodating! The food was out of this world. Location was great. Everything was wonderful - just wish we could stay for longer! Exceptional value!

The exceptional service. You are never refused, they will constantly do their best to meet your needs and requests, and it's done with love and genuine care. Very modern with great staff. Very helpful. I arrived coming from the hospital I was feeling totally worn out and the young lad on reception Fido his best to accommodate us. I have mobility issues and hadn’t forewarned them of my problems.

This is a family run hotel. They are very welcoming. The food is exceptionally good. We stayed full board, breakfast and dinner. There is small but adequate pool. There is a jacuzzi. The garden is beautiful. There are plenty of places to relax. There are comfortable sofa type outdoor seating and you can eat outside if you wish. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach where you can get a sun lounger if you purchase something from the cafe. The beach is very clean, clear water. Local buses go into the town of Heraklion, where there are lots of good shops and restaurants to suit all budgets.. and are very cheap. It is only around 20 minutes from the airport.
