Beautiful family owned and run village, everyone is incredibly nice and helpful - be it extra utilities, recommendations or just friendly chats. Perfect place to enjoy some peace and quiet, plus a good location for day trips such as Lentas or Matala. Might have gained a couple of pounds, breakfast buffet, snack and dinner are just too good :)

A real experience in addition to a resort on the north coast. About 1 hour by car and the road is beautiful. Great atmosphere and nature, breakfast and dinners are enjoyable. We stayed in a two-level house with large terraces with a wonderful view.

we liked everything; comfortable beds, great stay;very quiet location but still close enough to heaches and Knossos and Heraklion ( car an absolute must). we arrived very late at the property and we were met by a lovely host who made us feel very welcome! even though it was the middle of the night. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house; it’s very quiet and well equipped. everything you need for a relaxing stay. if you love being away from the crowd this is an absolute treat!
